The menu is organized into waxing for the face, body, and intimate areas, facials, and body skin treatments that range from back and scalp work to full-body hydro-therapy. There is also a group of targeted body treatments covering hydration, slimming, firming, and relaxation, plus smaller add-ons such as LED light, high frequency, and Hydrojelly masks. Packages and memberships are arranged by phone or text.

Facials and body treatments use Yon-Ka phyto-aromatic products, and waxing is done with a strip-less hard wax rather than soft wax. Clients are encouraged to learn about their skin and to take home guidance for at-home routines between visits. Yon-Ka products are sold at the studio, and a discount code for the Yon-Ka online store is available to clients.

Booking policies are firm and listed in advance. Appointments hold a specific time slot, cancellations or reschedules within 12 hours carry a 40% fee, and a no-show is charged at 50% of the scheduled services. Services and product sales are final, with service concerns to be reported within three days and product concerns within 30 days. Clients under 18 need a signed parental consent form at the first visit, and only one legal guardian may accompany them. Referral credit is offered for new clients.

Each treatment is shaped around the client's skin goals, starting with a consultation as part of the visit. Aftercare guidance and at-home routines are offered alongside in-studio work.
