ALPHA Men's Health is a locally owned and operated clinic founded by Greg and Kawai Elsborg of Southlake. The business was conceived in late 2022, after a blood test led one of the founders to begin testosterone replacement therapy.

The main clinic is on East Southlake Boulevard, across from Bicentennial Park, a Tom Thumb and White's Chapel Church. A second address is listed on West Southlake Boulevard. Clients can book by phone or text, or through the clinic's online booking.

Testosterone care can be given as weekly injections, either at the clinic or at home with an at-home kit, as a pellet insertion (a 20-minute procedure at the Southlake clinic), or as daily oral enclomiphene capsules that stimulate the body's own testosterone production. Labs are frequent in the first year, followed by quarterly check-ins with a clinical provider. Most programs are billed as one monthly fee that covers labs, medication, consultations, supplies and body composition analysis, and the clinic says there are no hidden fees or lab fees. Clients transferring from another clinic can request transfer guidelines.

Weight loss programs use semaglutide or tirzepatide, with on-site or at-home injections, clinician consultations, InBody scans, a wellness guide and regular bloodwork. Peptide therapy is offered to medically qualified clients aged 24 and older. Weekly medication visits and pick-ups are drop-in.

Walk-in visits are usually accepted for IV drips, and new clients can walk in for vitamin shots. Visits are private, and clients can use WiFi during IV sessions. A typical IV drip takes 45 minutes to an hour.
