The Kara Dawn Signature is the customized facial with the lifting and sculpting massage included. It is offered in a 60-minute or 90-minute version and is recommended every four to six weeks. It is the option the studio lists as a good first appointment. The Grounded Facial is a 45-minute option for clients who want facial massage on its own, with a double cleanse, scalp work and a hydrating finish. The Back Facial is a 45-minute treatment for the back that can include a double cleanse, steam, extractions, a targeted mask and finishing products.

Waxing covers brow shaping, brow shaping with a tint, brow lamination, and brow lamination with tint and shaping, along with lip and chin waxing. The lamination services are gentle chemical treatments that last six to eight weeks, and clients should not wet their brows for 24 to 48 hours afterward.

Booking follows a few firm rules. The studio asks for 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and cancellations cannot be made through social media. No-shows and last-minute cancellations are charged in full, and future appointments require prepayment. Clients who arrive late receive a shortened treatment, and anyone 25 minutes late is cancelled and charged in full. The studio does not take walk-ins. Le Mieux skincare and other products are sold through an online shop, which also offers an e-gift card.
