Facials are the core of the menu. A basic facial includes skin analysis, cleansing, steam, mild extractions and a custom mask, and there is a teen facial for clients 16 and younger, with an adult present during the treatment. The ZO Health Skin range covers acne, dermaplaning, hydrafacial, microdermabrasion, sculptural lifting and a signature facial, all made with professional paramedical skincare products. The salon describes its hydrafacial as the newest and most advanced skincare procedure to date. Microdermabrasion uses a diamond-tip tool and is described as addressing sun damage, fine lines, melasma and acne scarring.

Lash services include lash baths and tints, gentle gel removals, classic, hybrid and volume sets, refills, lash lifts and a Korean lift and tint. A refill applies two to three weeks after a full set, if at least 40 to 50 percent of the extensions remain; otherwise it is booked as a full set. The studio does not work over extensions applied by another artist, so a removal must be added to the booking. Brow services include waxing, tweezing, tinting, henna, a keratin-based lamination and a hydrojelly add-on.

Permanent makeup has its own rules. Clients must be 18 or older even with parental consent, the services are non-refundable, and guests and pets are not allowed in the studio, which has a waiting area outside. Clients should arrive within 15 minutes of their time, and a reschedule needs two days' notice and is allowed once. Clients are screened against a list that includes pregnancy or nursing, diabetes, recent Botox and recent Accutane use.

Booking is done online, and gift cards can be bought online. The studio is closed on Sundays and open into the evening Monday through Saturday. It has a cancellation and no-show policy that clients are asked to read before booking, and the salon states it offers 24-hour beauty consultation and support. The salon also runs two training courses: a private lash extensions course at $1,000 over 8 hours, and a private microblading and powder brows course at $1,600 over 16 hours. Both include a certificate and three months of follow-up support, and the microblading course requires a tattoo artist license.

Facial and skin treatments are built around professional paramedical products, and the salon offers its esthetics, lash, brow and permanent makeup services together in one place.
