The studio is at 8899 SW 133rd Court, Apt D, in the Kendall area of Miami, and is open Monday through Friday from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. It is closed on weekends.

Lash extensions come in five styles: Classic, Wet, Volume, Mega-Volume and Anime, made from synthetic silk and synthetic mink. A full set takes about 60 to 180 minutes and a refill about 30 to 90 minutes, with touch-ups recommended every 2 to 4 weeks. Extensions can be removed at the studio or left to shed over about two months.

Brow options are Brow Lamination, Brow Lamination + Sculpt, Brow Shaping and Brow Tinting. The Sculpt version adds professional shaping and waxing and takes about an hour. Lamination results usually hold for roughly 4 to 6 weeks. The treatment works only with hair already present: it grows no new strands and does not fill in sparse or bare spots. Lash lift choices are the Natural Lash Lift, Lash Lift, Korean Lash Lift and Lash Tint, with results typically lasting 6 to 8 weeks. Facial waxing is available for brows, upper lip, chin, cheeks, sideburns and the full face, and is often booked alongside a lash service on the same day.

The studio has a loyalty program where customers earn points on qualifying purchases. Products are sold in store or by scheduled pickup only, with no shipping, and all sales are final. Gift cards are available as eGift cards or group gift cards.

Lash extensions are applied by a certified and trained eyelash professional, and the studio gives guidance on aftercare and which products to use.
