Color work includes foil, balayage, foilyage, teasy light, and baby lights, customized to each client. Lived-in color is a custom full-color and haircut service designed to grow out with low maintenance; a consultation is recommended but optional when booked online. Single process all-over color is used for first-time gray coverage, and corrective color addresses unwanted tones, uneven results, and at-home color mishaps after a required consultation. Listed prices include root color at $180 for about 1.5 hours, a haircut at $208 for about 1.5 hours, and a consultation at $125. Highlight prices vary by service.

Extension services are built on the Luna Method, a hand-tied technique that uses a hidden row of beads and hand-tied wefts, with no glue, tape, or bonds. Every extension service includes a customized haircut to blend natural hair with the extensions. Clients begin with an inquiry and photo review, then an in-person consultation, then a contract and deposit that reserves an install date. Install day typically takes four to six hours, and the hair typically lasts six to twelve months with proper care, according to the salon. Extensions are not recommended during active shedding, and halo pieces or clip-on toppers are offered instead. Every new extension client goes home with a home care kit. Extension pricing is custom, with a listed range of $1,600 to $5,200 quoted after consultation.

Policies: appointments can be rescheduled at no charge by texting at least 48 hours ahead. Changes made within 48 hours carry a cancellation fee of up to $500, and a missed appointment without notice is charged the full service cost. Arriving 15 minutes or more late may mean a modified or rescheduled service and a 50 percent cancellation fee. Completed services are not refunded, but unopened retail products may be returned within seven days with proof of purchase. Only clients receiving services may be present during appointments. Clients are asked to share allergies, medical conditions, medications, and prior hair treatments. Gratuity is welcome but not expected.

Luna Method training is offered as customized one-to-one classes in Austin, small-group classes, or online. Listed prices are $3,500 for small group, with two in-person days in South Austin and 30 days of pre-training; $5,500 for one-to-one, with one in-person day and 30 days of pre-training; and $250 every two weeks for the online Luna Method Virtual Certification. Payment plans require a $1,000 deposit for small group or $2,750 for one-to-one. Certification is earned by completing two installs and two grow-outs on human clients, each scoring at least 80 percent.
