An in-person consultation starts with a brief cleanse, then a skin analysis and finishing products. Hours are Thursday and Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 1 PM. Cancellations need 48 hours' notice, and late arrivals beyond 30 minutes for facials or 15 minutes for other services may be treated as no-shows.

The facial menu runs from a short dermaplaning-focused visit to a 90-minute Ultra Facial, with the Good Mood Facial as the customized base for the longer options. Procell Microchanneling is a stamping-based treatment that creates micro channels in the skin, followed by post-treatment serums and LED light. Several facials are marked as safe during pregnancy and nursing, while the acne-focused and microchanneling treatments are not.
