The fullsets run from classic, which places one lash on each natural lash, through hybrid, which mixes volume and classic lashes across the eye, to volume with three to six fanned lashes per natural lash, and mega volume with eight or more, which the studio describes as its fullest look. Between fullsets, a refill is booked when 40 percent or more of existing lashes need replacing, and a touch up when 70 percent or more are still in place. Lash removal is also offered.

Lash lifts and tints are available: a Korean lash lift that curls and lifts natural lashes, lasting roughly six to eight weeks, and a lash tint that darkens natural lashes for around four weeks. The brow and wax menu covers brow tinting, brow waxing with tweezing and trimming, and hard wax for the upper lip, lower lip and chin, with combined options. Brow lamination is also among the offerings.

Most appointments have a 15-minute grace period, and clients more than 15 minutes late are rescheduled; shorter appointments may be asked to reschedule. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours ahead, with same-day cancellations subject to a 50 percent service charge and no-shows to a full service charge by the end of the day. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Hours are Monday 12:30 to 2, Tuesday and Wednesday 11:30 to 2, Thursday and Friday 9 to 7, Sunday 11:30 to 5, and closed Saturday. Lash and brow work and promotions are posted on Instagram.
