Treatments are adjusted to each client's hair condition and goals. Bookings, including the $25 consultation, are made online and secured with a paid deposit. If a client proceeds with a service after the consultation, the $25 is credited toward that first appointment. Changes to or cancellations of an appointment require at least 24 hours' advance warning; most deposits are returned when that window is met. Deposits on extension services cannot be refunded or moved to another person.

The salon aims for a professional, calm setting. It is open Wednesday 9am to 4pm, Thursday and Friday 9am to 6pm, and Saturday 8am to 2pm, and accepts cash, credit and debit cards, and mobile payments. Services are not offered to children under 15, and children are not permitted in the salon unless they are receiving a service from another stylist.
