Lash services make up most of the menu. A classic full set takes about 1.5 hours and a volume full set about 2 hours. Fills are offered at intervals from one week to five weeks, and clients coming from another salon can book fills at a starting price. Extensions can also be removed for a fee.

The salon describes its goal as a welcoming, comfortable space for relaxation, with a clean facility and customer satisfaction as priorities. It also says it aims to keep fill prices on the lower end and uses current technology for lash services.

Clients are asked to arrive on time without mascara, eyeliner or other eye makeup, with lashes uncurled, and to avoid coffee and caffeinated drinks beforehand. Late arrivals may be accommodated, but appointments end at the scheduled time and the full fee is due. Cancellations need 48 hours' notice or a $60 fee applies, and no-shows are billed the full appointment amount. Two consecutive cancellations or no-shows block future bookings. Child care is not provided, and anyone not being serviced waits in the lobby. Payment is by cash or card, with cash preferred and a 3% fee on card payments. Services are not refunded, though a free removal is offered to clients who are not satisfied with their lashes.

Each client has an initial consultation covering eye shape, natural lashes and lifestyle, with recommendations offered and the final choice left to the client. Fill timing is set individually based on each client's lash cycle and aftercare habits.
