On the hair side, the salon offers cuts for women, men and children, blow dries, flat irons, roller sets and haircut-and-blow-dry packages. Color services include all over color, partial and full head highlights, ombre and color touch-ups. The salon also offers color correction for clients whose previous color treatment did not work out, and specialty treatments such as deep conditioning, relaxing and keratin treatments. Listed prices include a women's haircut at $35 for 30 minutes, a men's haircut at $35 for 45 minutes, and full head highlights at $215 for three hours.

The spa side covers manicures and pedicures, with a choice of colors from several brands, French finishes and custom nail design. The salon specializes in natural nails. Facials, skin care consulting, waxing, threading and makeup application are also offered, and the facial and waxing work is led by a dedicated specialist.

Appointments can be booked online. Cancellations made up to 24 hours before a service are free, while cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50% of the scheduled cost. The salon also runs an apprentice program for cosmetology students completing the 1500 hours required for the Maryland Cosmetology License, and it is hiring qualified hair stylists. Hair care products, wigs and gift cards are sold at the salon.

The salon combines full-service hair and nail care with skin care and waxing under one roof, and its stylists aim to tailor each result to the individual client.
