Balayage is the salon's main specialty. A collection of four signature balayage looks is offered: The Signature, The Blondest, The Lived-In Brunette and The OG Painted. The Signature can be adapted to natural dirty blonde, brunette or deep brunette hair, and is refreshed every 3 to 8 months over 3 to 4 sessions. The Blondest is the brightest of the four, with color applied through the full length and optional minimal or no dimension at the ends. It isn't suggested for anyone whose hair has been darkened with a lasting dye or a gentler, shorter-lasting tint. Maintenance runs every 3 to 5 months across 3 to 4 sessions. The Lived-In Brunette is designed for natural brunettes and adds dimensional accents in deep brown, red or cool brown. Maintenance is every 6 to 9 months, with an optional toning refresh every 6 to 8 weeks. The OG Painted is created by hand-painting in an open-air setting, lightening hair gradually for looks ranging from soft and natural to bold color blends. Maintenance is every 3 to 6 months.

Full balayage starts at $365 with an Artist and $490 with a Master Artist, and includes up to two toners, treatments and a standard amount of product. Partial balayage, which focuses lightening through the top and sides, starts at $220 with an Artist and $325 with a Master Artist. Face-frame illumination, root touch-ups and gloss or toner are also offered. Gloss and toner is a sheer tonal refresh for the ends and mid-lengths and does not include permanent pigment or regrowth coverage. Extension pricing depends on desired length, density and method, and a personalized quote is given at the consultation, which is required before any extension service.

Booking is done through the salon's online system and requires a valid credit card. A 20% deposit is applied toward the total on the day of service. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 3 business days' notice, or the deposit is forfeited. Same-day cancellations may be charged up to the full scheduled amount, and no-shows without notice are charged the full reserved services. Services and retail products are final and non-refundable. Color concerns can be raised within 14 days of the appointment, and a complimentary color refinement may be scheduled if appropriate. Hours are Wednesday and Thursday 10am to 8pm, Friday 10am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm.
