The studio operates from a home in Irving, Texas, and appears as JVLASHROOM on its booking site. Jennifer Ventura is the senior lash artist and owner, Keiry Rubio is a junior lash artist, and Katherine Saravia works as the makeup artist.

Lash options include classic, hybrid, volume, signature volume and signature mega volume full sets, along with two and three week fills and lash removal. Signature 2 Week Volume Fills are $70 and Signature 3 Week Volume Fills are $80. Brow lamination is offered for $50. Makeup options include soft glam, full glam with full complexion, eye makeup, styled brows and a lip color of the client's choice, and natural makeup packages.

Deposits are $15 for Volume Full Set and $20 for most other services, and some services ask new clients for a $20 deposit. A deposit is forfeited if a client cancels, and a no-show adds a 10% cancellation fee. The Signature Volume Full Set deposit is applied to the total on the day of service and is not refundable for a cancellation or no-show. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, and clients must be approved before the appointment.

The studio is open Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM and Saturday from 2 PM to 4 PM, and it is closed on Sundays.

Lash training is a one-on-one three-day intensive for beginners, priced at $1,000 or more. It covers lash anatomy and theory, sanitation, isolation, lash mapping, application techniques, volume, and retention and growth of clients. Training includes a professional kit, one model per day, removal, touch-ups and product recommendations, and ends with a certificate of completion. The course does not replace a state license.
