Box braids and knotless braids are on the menu. The box braids are made with extension hair that the business describes as top quality. Faux locs are made with premium extensions, and top faux is priced at middle back, waist and butt lengths. Cornrows and Fulani braids come in shoulder, middle back, waist and butt lengths, and Fulani also has a version with singles in the back. Singles wrap is offered in small, medium and large sizes. Twist braids are listed too, along with takedowns starting at $50 and a $30 wash and blow-dry. Ombre hairstyles add $15.

Booking requires a $20 deposit, paid through Cash App or PayPal; PayPal deposits are $21 to cover the PayPal fee. The remaining balance is paid in cash. Cancellations and changes must be made by phone or text, not online, and the deposit is non-refundable if a visit is canceled within 24 hours. The deposit expires if a client is more than 10 minutes late. Walk-ins are welcome first come, first served, with the last appointment or walk-in taken at 6 PM. The salon is open Monday through Saturday.

Hair shorter than 4 inches or hair in a damaged condition may incur additional charges. Hairstyle adjustments can only be requested within 2 days after the appointment. Clients who do not get a confirmation text should call before coming in. Guests cannot bring extra people unless approved in advance, and parents or guardians are responsible for any children they bring. The business advises removing braids after 6 to 8 weeks, depending on the style. A new client referred by an existing client receives 10% off once they book and complete a service, for styles starting at $100, and the discount applies to the referring client's next appointment.
