The menu is organized into braids, cornrows, crochet, locs, twists, sew-ins and weaves, kids styles, and a short list of add-ons such as take downs, detangling and split-end clipping.

Clients can also book house calls. Travel fees start at $20 and are based on distance and rideshare cost to and from the client's location. They are billed separately from service prices and are non-refundable once travel has begun. Detangling may be added to an appointment if hair needs extra work before the service.

Wash service is not currently offered; if requested, hair is washed in a sink for $30.

Bookings follow a cancellation policy: a 30% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made outside the 48/24-hour window before the appointment.
