Booking is handled by phone at 240-793-8348. Clients receive text and email reminders when they book and again 24 hours ahead. Cancelling or rescheduling needs 24 hours' notice to avoid a fee, and late cancellations by existing clients are charged 50% of the scheduled service cost. New clients booking a first-time color service pay a 50% deposit, which is applied to the total at the visit and is refundable only if cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. The salon notes that prices may shift with the time and products a service needs.

The salon is open Tuesday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Saturday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. It is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
