New clients book a full set for their first visit, and clients coming from another lash studio book a new set that includes removal of their existing extensions. A full set is listed as taking 60 to 120 minutes on one part of the site and 90 to 180 minutes on another, using roughly 70 to 100 lashes per eye. Some clients need one or two visits to reach the look they want. Fills run 45 to 60 minutes and are typically booked every two to four weeks. The salon says extensions can last indefinitely with routine fills. Clients are asked not to curl their lashes or wear mascara on the day of an appointment and to arrive without eye makeup.
