Jill Ventimiglia founded the business in Austin after moving there from Los Angeles. The spa and shop operates from a space inside Flow Yoga on North Lamar Boulevard, and it offers makeup classes and customized spa parties alongside treatments and retail products.

About

Facials are a central part of the menu. The Signature Just Rejuvenate facial runs 60 minutes. Three Hydrafacial MD options are offered: the Deluxe version, 45 minutes, with a customized booster and 15 minutes of LED light therapy; The Works version, 75 minutes, which adds facial massage and microcurrent to the Hydrafacial and LED; and the Vajacial Hydrafacial in the waxing menu. The Stella Heart Facial runs 60 minutes, and the spa says $50 from each one goes to animal rescue.

New clients can book a 60-minute custom facial that begins with a consultation and skin analysis, then includes a treatment plan, a home-care routine and a two-week sample kit. New client specials, including a first Brazilian wax and a keratin lash lift and tint, are one-time offers for first-time clients and cannot be combined with other specials.

The med spa side offers microneedling on the face and neck in a 60-minute visit that includes numbing cream, plus LED light therapy and an arm massage. The Vi Peel is a 45-minute medical-grade chemical peel that also uses LED light and an arm massage. Its solution contains vitamin C alongside phenol, salicylic acid, Retin-A and trichloroacetic acid. The Vi Body Peel is priced according to the area treated, and the spa usually suggests a course of 2 to 4 sessions.

Memberships run on a one-year commitment. Radiance Membership is $159 a month and includes a monthly Signature Just Rejuvenate facial, complimentary LED, priority booking, a rollover month and 10% off add-ons, retail and upgrades. GLOW Membership is $298 a month and includes one advanced treatment each month, which can be microneedling, a Vi Peel, a 75-minute Works Hydrafacial or The Green Peel, plus 15% off add-ons, retail and upgrades. Immediate family members of members receive 10% off services, and members are invited to appreciation days and member-only events.

The shop sells skincare, makeup and beauty tools online with nationwide shipping, and orders over $150 ship free. Hours are Tuesday and Wednesday from 11 am to 7 pm, and Friday and Saturday from 11 am to 5 pm; the spa is closed Sunday, Monday and Thursday.

Treatment plans are customized to each client's skin. The spa says it uses organic and active ingredients, that its products are handcrafted, and that they are vegan, contain no animal ingredients and are cruelty free.
