Just Divine Curls

Just Divine Curls is a curly hair business serving the North DFW area from Suite 13 in Building 100 at 8608 Preston Road in Plano. The suite sits directly across from PETCO in the Preston Village Shopping Plaza.

Tyciana Ndoma-Ogar has been providing services to the North DFW area since 2012 and works with clients whose hair ranges from wavy to tightly coiled, including people who are only beginning to learn about their curls.

A visit starts with a haircut on dry hair. The rest of the appointment covers detoxing, conditioning and styling. New clients get a longer first appointment, and its length can shift depending on the condition of the hair. If very knotty or tangled hair needs detangling on the day and time allows, a 75.00 detangling fee is added to the appointment price.

Because the suite is private, only the stylist and the client being serviced may be inside. Children and other guests are not allowed, and children under 13 are not serviced.

Clients are asked to arrive with freshly cleansed hair no more than two days old, dry and detangled, in a wash-and-go style. Hair should not be pinned up or tied with clips, bands, braids, twists, buns, headbands or ponytails, and heavy butter, silicone or oil products should be avoided beforehand and clarified out if used. If a client arrives unprepared, the appointment may be rescheduled at full price, and the rebooked visit is also charged at full price.

Cuts are done on dry hair, followed by detoxing, conditioning and styling. The business asks clients to arrive with curls prepared in a specific way so the cut can be shaped to the natural pattern.
