Massage is a core part of the menu. The 75-minute Signature Massage uses slow, repetitive techniques, aromatic hot towels scented with Aveda Stress Fix essential oil, and hot stones for the shoulders and feet. Therapeutic Massage comes in 30, 60 or 90 minutes and can blend Swedish, myofascial, trigger point, neuromuscular, hydrotherapy, aromatherapy and stretching work. Prenatal massage is done with the client on her side, supported by pillows, and Feet First pairs a peppermint foot scrub with foot and calf massage using Just Breathe butter.

The facial menu runs from a 30-minute Express Facial to a 75-minute Just Breathe Signature Facial, which includes cleansing, exfoliation, extractions when needed, and a customized masque and serum using Aveda Botanical Kinetics products. Aveda's Tulasara Facial uses one of three Tulasara products, named Firm, Bright or Calm. Additional options include Microcurrent Facial, Microneedling with sterile fine needles, Dermaplaning, Microdermabrasion and Aveda's Plant Peel.

Body treatments include a Sea Salt Body Scrub and a Brown Sugar Body Polish, both made with Just Breathe butter, a Mud Masque built on mineral clays and botanicals, and a Seaweed Body Wrap with scalp massage and aromatherapy. Reiki sessions are hands-on, noninvasive and focused on relaxation.

Couples can book the couples massage rooms together, priced per person. The spa also hosts spa parties for birthdays, bridal events and girls' days. These require advance booking, and a spa concierge sends the party policies and paperwork. A charcuterie board can be added for $10 per person.

Collections bundle several services into one visit. They range from A Moment to Breathe at 60 minutes for $90 to The Full Just Breathe at 3 hours 30 minutes for $285. Gift certificates are also available.

Each therapist consults with guests before every service and personalizes the treatment.
