Pure Bliss Spa, also known as Pure Bliss Spa & Shop, is a spa and retail shop in historic downtown Madison, Georgia. Julie Speyer founded it in spring 2007 with the aim of keeping a peaceful and distinctive spa for Madison and the surrounding area.

Services are by appointment only. Clients can call the front desk or request a time through the booking page, and staff confirm each request. Guests are asked to arrive 15 minutes early, since late arrivals do not extend the treatment and the full fee still applies. Jewelry comes off before facials, body treatments and massage. Locker space is limited, and robes are provided for guests booking several treatments. Phones are silenced on arrival, and children are not allowed in the spa area or treatment rooms.

The menu runs from massage therapy, including custom therapeutic, prenatal, neck, back and shoulder, and Sole-ful Bliss foot massage, to skin treatments such as the Peptide Glow Facial. That facial pairs a custom Eminence peel and masque with copper and tetra peptides, gua sha, microcurrent and red-light therapy. Body treatments include Rain Drop Therapy, an aromatherapy and reflexology service of about 60 minutes, and an exfoliating body buff with a warm shea butter wrap. Lash extensions, lifts and refills, brow lamination and tinting, event and bridal makeup, and full spa packages round out the offerings.

Retail shelves hold Eminence Organics skincare, and staff can run skin consultations and build regimens that help guests pick products. The spa says the brand has worked in organic skincare since 1958. Jane Iredale mineral makeup is sold here too: six foundation types, plus shades and products for cheeks, eyes, lips and brows.
