Services are grouped into skin, intimate, facial, body, and lashes and brows. Waxing is done with a hypoallergenic hard wax that has no perfumes, colorants, pine rosins or preservatives. Each appointment is shaped around the client's skin, routine and comfort rather than one standard method, and brow services start with a full consultation to find the shape and fullness a client wants.

Appointments are booked through an online booking page powered by Vagaro. A 50% non-refundable deposit and a card on file are required, and changes need at least 24 hours' notice to keep the deposit. Clients get a 5-minute grace period, and arriving later counts as a late cancellation. Children and extra guests are not allowed during appointments. The suite is on the second floor, reached by elevator from the lobby, and the door is locked, so clients ring the doorbell on arrival.

Waxing is open to clients 17 and younger only with parent or guardian consent, and a guardian must be present at the first visit. Most services are available to male clients, but bikini, Brazilian, full butt and butt strip services are for vulva anatomy only. Clients taking Accutane need to be off it for 6 months before waxing.

The studio also publishes a blog called The Glowdown, which covers preparing for a wax and aftercare.

Each service is tailored to the client's skin, routine and comfort rather than handled one way for everyone.
