Korean facials run 60, 90 or 120 minutes, and the client chooses the length. The treatment is tailored on the day. LED light, infusion devices or specialized masks may be included when they suit a client's skin. A skin consultation comes first for new clients and includes a double cleanse, a corrective serum, moisturizer and SPF, and a treatment plan follows the assessment.

Body facials are fully customized and can include deep cleansing, exfoliation, extractions when appropriate, LED therapy when appropriate, hydration and SPF. The studio also offers a booty facial and a vagacial, the latter with a cleanse, exfoliation, extractions when appropriate, Celluma LED and a leave-on treatment for the bikini area.

Sugaring is the studio's hair removal method. The paste is made from sugar, water and lemon juice cooked to a honey-like consistency, and the studio describes sugaring as gentle and natural. Services are grouped into women's areas, men's areas and add-ons such as an LED session after sugaring. Hair should be about a quarter inch long, with two to three weeks of growth needed, or three to four weeks for legs.

Visits are by appointment only, and walk-ins are not accepted. Clients text when they arrive and then enter through Fifth Ave to Suite 210. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 48 hours notice, made through the booking confirmation link or app. Virtual consultations are available, with details handled case by case.
