Skin care ranges from a 30-minute express facial and a teen facial to a 60-minute signature facial with neck and shoulder massage, a luxe facial and a customized facial with three add-ons. Facial add-ons include dermaplaning, a vitamin C mask, a firming mask, a hydro jelly mask and chemical peels. A medical professional on site offers Botox, Lipflip, dermal fillers, injections, microneedling, advanced chemical peels and other medical grade services. Cosmetic medical pricing is set at consultation.

Extensions are provided by Bellami in a range of lengths and options, and stylists are trained in how to add them and care for them. Airbrush tanning is done in-house with custom shades and a choice of scent. Waxing covers the face, body and legs.

New clients add a consultation when they book. The salon asks for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. A rewards program gives one point per dollar spent, with rewards from 600 to 7,000 points, and points cannot be transferred. Pay-over-time plans are available through Cherry, a third-party provider, with no hard credit checks. The online shop sells salon and spa products and gift cards are available.
