Visits usually begin with a free, personalized Brow Consultation of about 20 minutes, held before any service starts. Brow options range from waxing with tint or lamination to semi-permanent powder brows, which take two to three hours and give a soft, shaded look with fuller definition and a natural finish. There is also a correction and color refinement service for brows that were previously tattooed, which takes an hour or more.

Lash services are Korean lifts, with or without tint. Bundles combine brow with lash or lip work at a reduced price. Waxing covers the lip, lower face and full face, with a full face option that leaves out the brows.

Bookings are made online through the studio's GlossGenius page. Cash and card are accepted, and gift cards are sold. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice; later cancellations and no-shows are charged the full service total. Arriving 10 or more minutes late means the appointment is cancelled and charged in full. Downgrading a service on the day of the appointment counts as a last-minute cancellation and is charged half the original total. Deposits are non-refundable.

The studio also offers one-on-one brow lamination training for aspiring brow artists, starting at $3,200 for about 300 minutes or more.
