Lash extension fills are booked 14 to 21 days after the previous visit and need at least 40% of extensions still in place once outgrown ones are removed. Fills later than 21 days, or with under 40% retention, are charged as full sets, and visits 22 to 28 days out are charged as full sets when less than 40% remain.
