Cancellations or rescheduling need at least 48 hours' notice; later changes carry a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. All services are non-refundable, though concerns raised within 72 hours of an appointment may be met with adjustments. Hours are Wednesday and Thursday 10am to 7pm, Friday 9am to 4pm and Saturday 8:30am to 4:30pm, with Sunday through Tuesday closed.
