The adult menu is grouped into manicures, pedicures, enhancements and add-ons. Lux Spa manicures and pedicures come in lacquer and gel versions, and a strengthening manicure is available for nails that need extra support. Men can book a male manicure or male pedicure. The Lux Spa Gel Pedicure runs about 75 minutes and includes gel polish, a foot mask, massage and hot towels.

Enhancement options include a hard gel overlay with a fill service to maintain it, a milky pink gel enhancement for short nails, and Gel-X extensions that use pre-shaped, pre-sized tips. Add-ons include a collagen glove hand mask and a collagen sock foot mask, each available with any manicure or pedicure. Nail designs can be added to any manicure, including nail art, French tips and chrome finishes. Gel polish removal is also offered.

The salon has a separate menu for younger clients. Kiddie services cover children aged 8 and under, with manicures, pedicures and a combined option. Pre-teen services are for ages 9 to 12, and teenager services for ages 13 to 17, with manicure, pedicure and combo options at each age.

Hours run Wednesday through Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM, Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and Sunday from 11 AM to 4 PM. The salon is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Clients are asked to give notice as soon as possible if they cannot keep an appointment so it can be rebooked. A 50% cancellation fee applies.
