Hair replacement consultations take place in private treatment rooms, which suits clients who want a quiet, one-on-one conversation about options such as the men's lucid system, the natural hair integration system, the women's natural hair illusion, or a custom cranial prosthesis hair system. Lace front wigs are kept in stock, and the salon also sells hand-made human hair loc extensions.

Appointments are required, and walk-ins need a phone call first. Bookings are made through Vagaro. A consultation is strongly recommended for first-time extension clients, and out-of-town clients are asked to come in for a consultation the day before their appointment. The consultation fee is $25, paid in person before the consultation. After a consultation, a deposit of $100 or more is needed to book hair addition appointments, and it is deducted from the total. An appointment is not set until the deposit is paid and both sides confirm. Consultation fees and deposits are non-refundable but can be applied toward services for up to four weeks. The balance is due when the style is finished.

Quality hair is included with most services. Special lengths, textures or colors can be pre-ordered, but hair orders cannot be changed or returned once placed. Clients may bring their own hair, and the service cost is not likely to change. Express, travel, late-night and custom work may carry higher rates. Payment is accepted by major credit and debit cards and cash, not checks. All service payments are final and non-refundable. Cancellations must be made within 72 hours of the appointment to keep booking privileges. Guests and children are not permitted on appointment days unless they are also being serviced.

The salon also teaches. Classes are hands-on and aimed at licensed professionals. A basic braiding course covers individual braids, basic cornrows and basic extension styles. Advanced braiding classes cover braid interlocking, micro braids and strand by strand extensions. Advanced weaving classes cover micro fusions, micro-linking, the Malaysia and net methods, and hair integration. Lace wig and hair replacement classes cover consultation, ordering, mold making, human hair types, cutting, coloring, styling, attachment methods and marketing.
