The menu is organized into color, cuts, highlights, styling, add-ons and consultations. Color options run from a root touch up that covers up to an inch of regrowth with no foils, to a gloss that neutralizes brassiness and adds shine and warmth, to a grey blending service that softens grey without fully covering it. Highlights come as four packages, from a face-framing version up to a full highlight, and each includes grey coverage or a root melt, a custom gloss and a blowout. A Bond Builder Treatment is available as a 20-minute add-on.
Newer clients book a consultation first. Virtual consultations are free and can be held by phone or video call, while an in-person consultation costs $50 and that amount is applied to a booked service. Consultations include a strand test to check hair health and whether the color you want is possible. In-person visits are suggested for color corrections and for fixing work another stylist has done.
The studio aims to be a relaxed space where clients feel comfortable and can be themselves. Because space is limited, extra guests and pets are not accommodated. Clients are asked to reschedule at least 24 hours ahead, arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten the service or move the appointment, no-shows are charged 50% of the scheduled total, and last-minute cancellations forfeit the deposit.
