Lash extension sets come in Classic, Hybrid and Volume styles, priced at $100, $120 and $140. The studio uses premium, ultra-thin and soft lashes. Refills are priced by how long it has been since the last full set: a $10 add-on for 24 to 30 days, $20 for 31 to 37 days, and $30 or more for 38 to 41 days. A Mini Fill at $40 is listed for 4 to 9 days after a full set, and Classic, Hybrid and Volume fills at $60, $65 and $70 are listed for 10 to 23 days. After 42 days, the price of a full set applies and refills are not offered. Other services include lash removal, bottom lashes, lash lifts at $80 or $100 with tint, and lip and eyebrow waxing.

Lash removal is booked by text rather than online, so clients who need a removal should text the studio at its main number, 657-239-9041. Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before a service. Cancellations, reschedules and no-shows within 24 hours are charged $20.

Joyful Lash Academy teaches lash extensions. The classic course runs about four weeks and covers complete sets, refills and marketing skills, and is listed as eight full days spread over about eight weeks. Students who finish the classic course can take a Russian Volume course, and refresher courses are available on request, tailored to skill level. Classes are kept small so each student has one-to-one time with the trainer. Students receive lifetime mentorship and lash guidance and can observe at the studio. Class-only tuition is $1,500, with a payment plan that adds an 8% fee, and a class with basic kits is $1,700. A $300 deposit is required. The studio says its team has over seven years of experience and that it has performed thousands of lash extension treatments.
