The menu is built around extensions. Full sets come in wet, hybrid, volume and mega volume styles, and fills are offered both as one-week touch-ups and as fills for two to three week intervals. Each style has a different character: wet sets are wispy and spiky with a lightweight finish, hybrid sets blend classic and volume lashes for balanced fullness, and volume sets give a dense, soft glam look with a bold lash line.
Fills have a few conditions. One-week fills must be booked within seven days and the existing extensions should still have at least 70 percent in place. Foreign fills, for extensions put in by another artist, need at least 40 percent of the existing extensions intact and safe to work over; if not, the old extensions may need to be removed and a full set applied instead. A 50 percent cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.
Outside of extensions, the studio offers a lash lift and tint, which lifts and darkens natural lashes and includes Keratin Lash Boost, professional gel lash removal, and brow mapping, trimming and waxing.
Lash sets are mapped around each client's features rather than copied from a standard chart, with the curl, length, density and texture adjusted to the person.
