The color menu covers a range of work: a gloss refresh with blowout, root touch-ups for covering grey regrowth, all-over solid color, root touch-ups with bright pieces around the face or throughout, dimensional color with highlights or blended brightness, and blonde transformations for significant lightening or correcting previous color.

Haircuts are split by length. A signature cut suits medium to long hair and chin-length bobs and longer, with blow dry included. Short cuts cover clipper cuts, pixies and anything shorter than a chin-length bob. Clients coming in for a dry short cut are asked to arrive with hair washed and dry. Other services include an express keratin smoothing treatment with blow dry, which can be booked alone or added to any cut or color, a K18 repair treatment add-on, a free extension consultation, and eyebrow, lip and chin waxing.

New guests can book a free 30-minute new client consultation with no obligation to book. The final price for a new guest blonde transformation is discussed before the service begins. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom value and are final once sold.

The salon is open Tuesday and Friday from 9:30 AM to 5 PM, Thursday from noon to 7 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM; it is closed Monday, Wednesday and Sunday. A first cancellation is handled leniently. A second cancellation requires prepayment of 50% of the service or a $100 deposit to reserve the next appointment. If the salon cancels, a second salon-initiated cancellation brings 50% off the service or a $100 credit on the service ticket.
