The menu includes women's, men's, children's and curly cuts, all over color and bleach, color retouches, partial, half and full balayage, and partial, half and full head highlights. Chemical services include Brazilian Blowouts, Keratin Complex and Keratin Express treatments, and a Brazilian Split End Treatment. Extensions, including hand-tied and NBR, are offered, and new extension clients need a free consultation first. Add-ons include Olaplex treatment, gloss or toner, conditioning, flat iron or curls, wash and blow-dry, and fantasy color.

Listed prices are starting points. Each stylist sets pricing based on experience and current level, so an exact quote comes from a consultation with that stylist. Appointments are booked by phone at 813-651-4020, as online booking is not currently supported. Walk-ins are welcome when time allows, though booking ahead is recommended. Hours are Monday through Thursday 9:00 am to 8:00 pm, Friday and Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and closed Sunday.

New clients, and clients who have not booked in over two years, pay a $50 deposit for any service longer than one hour at their first visit. The deposit is kept on the client profile and applied at checkout. Clients are asked to give 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. The first late change is not charged, a second requires a $50 deposit toward the next booking, and a third requires a deposit equal to the full service amount. Reminders are sent by text or email four days, 48 hours and 24 hours ahead, and the salon phones the day before if an appointment is not confirmed.
