A visit usually starts with a skin analysis or consultation so the treatment can be planned around the client's skin. New clients can book a longer first appointment that opens with a consultation and skin analysis, followed by a customized treatment. Clients who have never been to the studio are not booked for the Refine Peel or Glycolic Glow Peel, since those require a skin assessment first.

The studio's facials are built from a menu of options. Standard facials include LED light therapy, and additional steps such as carboxy therapy, oxygen-infusion, nano-infusion, high frequency and corrective serums are added as the skin needs. The Journey Custom Facial comes in 60- and 90-minute versions, and nano-infusion is only available with the longer one. Journey Clear Skin Facial is a one-hour acne treatment with extractions, high frequency and blue LED light; the studio suggests repeating it every two to three weeks depending on the type of acne, with homecare in between. Teens may book it with parental consent.

For more advanced work, the studio offers the Glycolic Glow Peel, a 45-minute glycolic peel with no downtime that is usually done as a series of three or six sessions spaced seven to ten days apart. The Refine Peel is a 45-minute Marini resurfacing peel with two to five days of peeling. Cell Story Liquid Microneedling is a one-hour treatment, with a series of four recommended, and includes a deluxe Epicutis post-care set; the studio notes that some clients feel mild tingling or prickling during and after the session. Dermaplaning can be added to a facial to remove dead skin and fine peach fuzz with a surgical blade, but it is not booked for active acne or inflamed skin.

The space is styled after Tulum and Ibiza, with soft neutrals, natural wood, greenery and warm lighting. Gift cards are available as eGift cards in fixed amounts or a custom value, for treatments or products bought in the studio.
