Treatments use a customized Face Reality treatment along with a home-care routine. Professional home-care products for the program are bought separately and are not included in the service price. A new client consultation with treatment is 90 minutes for $125 and requires a $32 deposit; it must be completed before a client can book Clear Skin follow-up treatments. Follow-ups are 60 minutes for $95, are for established program clients, and are typically booked every two weeks. A 30-minute virtual check-in for existing program clients is also available for $30, though it does not replace in-studio treatments. A back treatment and a peel upgrade are offered as well, and for the peel upgrade the esthetician selects the peel type and strength.

Facial menu options include an Express Facial (30 minutes, $65), the Teen Facial (60 minutes, $95), The DewDrop Signature Facial (60 minutes, $105), the Age-Defying Facial (75 minutes, $130) and The DewDrop Deluxe Facial (90 minutes, $145). The Teen Facial addresses breakouts, congestion and excess oil and includes personalized skincare recommendations. The Age-Defying Facial targets fine lines, loss of elasticity and dull skin. Waxing, lash and brow services are also available, with upper lip and underarm waxing, a lash lift, a lash lift with tint, and brow lamination that smooths and lifts brow hairs into a set shape.

Three facial package series are offered for clients who book regularly: the Glow Package at $270, the Radiance Package at $513 (a series of customized facials), and the Unlimited Package at $969 for monthly treatments. The business states that these save $45, $117 and $291 respectively compared with booking individual services. Package credits apply automatically at checkout when services are booked from the Services page. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person and online for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

Business hours are Monday 8 AM to 2 PM, Tuesday 8 AM to 3 PM, Wednesday 10 AM to 6 PM, Thursday 9 AM to 8 PM and Friday 8 AM to 4 PM, with the studio closed on weekends. Clients are asked to give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule when possible. A 25% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. Late arrivals may be shortened or cancelled depending on the day's schedule.
