Lash options include full sets in a classic or volume/hybrid finish, mini and two-week fills, extended fills for grown-out sets, lash tints, lash lifts, a combined lift and tint, and extension removal. Full lash sets need two-week fills to keep their fullness. Brow services include threading, custom-blended henna and tint, and lamination. Threading is also offered for the upper lip, chin, full face and eyebrows.

The signature packages combine brow threading with a lash lift, and the fuller option adds a lash tint. Each service is shaped around the individual client, from soft everyday looks to fuller, more defined results. An under eye add-on with hydrating patches can be added during a service.

Appointments are calm and personal, and the studio has no waiting area. Clients are asked not to arrive early, since they may be asked to wait outside or return at their booked time. Late arrivals may receive a shorter service or be rescheduled. Before a visit, clients should arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes and avoid caffeine and stimulants. During a service, clients keep their eyes closed, stay still and keep their phones put away unless there is an emergency. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice.
