The facials build from a Basic Facial, which includes a double cleanse, skin analysis, gua sha, cupping, facial massage, exfoliation, a mask chosen for skin needs, high frequency or LED therapy, and a finishing set of toner, serum, eye cream, moisturizer and SPF. The Deluxe Facial adds enzyme treatment and a choice of microdermabrasion or dermaplaning, with optional lymphatic drainage. The Ultimate Age Defying Facial adds microcurrent, LED therapy and a firming mask, and the business describes it as results driven and suited to fine lines, dullness and loss of firmness. Men have their own versions of the basic and deluxe facials, which include a beard cleanse, beard oil and a comb.
Brow services include tinting, tweezing and waxing. The Eyebrow Wax with Lamination includes a consultation, wax and lamination but not tint, while the Ultimate Brow Package adds tint to the full set. For lashes there is a tint alone, a lash lift on its own, and a lift combined with tint. The business describes the lash lift as a low-maintenance alternative to lash extensions; it is semi-permanent and lasts up to 6 to 8 weeks.
Waxing covers the face, arms, back, legs, underarms and intimate areas, with some services done in natural sugar paste. Brazilian and French bikini options are offered, along with Tweenie and Men's Tweenie waxes. Two vajacial add-ons combine a Brazilian wax with facial-style care: the Instant Soothe version is aimed at sensitive, reactive or first-time wax clients, and the Breakout Shield version adds a deep cleanse, targeted exfoliation, extractions, high frequency therapy and a finishing treatment, which the business describes as corrective for ingrowns and breakouts. Personal wipes are provided before waxing. Waxing is not offered to anyone under 16, clients under 18 must come with a parent, and extra guests are not allowed during appointments.
Facial services and Brazilian vajacials take a $20 deposit at booking. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment carry a 50% fee, and no-shows are charged 100%. Clients get a 10-minute grace period for 30-minute services and 5 minutes for 15-minute services; a later arrival means the appointment is canceled and must be rebooked. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 and must be approved before the appointment. Package credits apply automatically at checkout when booking on the services page. For waxes, hair should be at least 1/4 inch long and shaving should stop 2 to 3 weeks beforehand. Clients are asked to exfoliate gently 24 to 48 hours before, skip harsh scrubs that day, keep the area free of lotions, oils or creams, limit caffeine and alcohol, and wear loose clothing.
