Joshua & Co. is a Carmel studio that focuses on nonsurgical hair replacement, with haircutting offered alongside it. The salon says it has served Indiana for more than 16 years and has created hundreds of custom hair replacement systems. It is a select authorized affiliate of Cesare Ragazzi and describes itself as the exclusive provider of Cesare Ragazzi products in Indiana.

The main custom option is the CNC, a system made from a mold of the client's head, with hair sewn in by hand in Italy from 100% virgin, unprocessed European human hair matched to the client's color and texture. The base is thin and breathable and is bonded to the scalp with medical-grade adhesive, and it can be attached over existing hair so the client does not need to shave. Clients wear it for three to five weeks at a time and return for cleaning, cutting and styling at the same interval. The salon recommends owning two systems so one can be worn while the other is cared for, and says all clients take an allergy test before CNC service. The CNC is not a wig or a transplant. The salon describes it as the most efficient method for full or partial hair loss and says it has been clinically and dermatologically tested. For clients who want a different option, the salon also offers the iThin, an ultra-thin system with hair set into the base in a natural growth pattern, which takes about three months to create. Cyberhair is a synthetic system offered as an alternative to the CNC, described as heat-resistant and colorfast and attached with medical adhesives. For length and volume, CNC XT is a custom extension made from 3D scalp mapping and attached without tape, microlinks, braiding or wefts. It is made from unprocessed hair and is said to be reusable for 10 to 12 months. Haircuts include the Signature Dry Cut, which is done on dry hair so the shape can be seen as it is cut. Dry cutting is offered for curly, wavy, thick, fine and thin hair. Clients are asked to bring photos of their hair from before the loss. Consultations take place in private rooms, and clients learn how to style their hair at home with guidance on technique and products. The team is trained in color formulation and application, according to the salon.
