Services are grouped into color, cuts and styling, treatments, and a free consultation. Most of the work is lived-in color, root touch-ups, color correction and cutting. Many clients come in to fix box dye, banded color or highlights that have turned brassy.

Booking is by phone or text at (813) 563-3919, or online. Online booking opens 60 days ahead, and dates further out can be requested by text or phone. Online bookings take a 10% deposit that is taken off the total on the day, and the keratin smoothing treatment asks for a $31 deposit to hold the slot. Text reminders are optional at booking, and no marketing texts are sent. Regular hours are Tuesday 10am to 5pm, Thursday 10am to 7pm, and alternate Saturdays 10am to 5pm, with other times available on request by text or phone.

Seasonal clients are welcome. The stylist works in Dunedin from October to April. Clients who have a stylist at home can bring their formula and photos, and the stylist will work from it. The website shows Google reviews averaging 5.0 from 3 reviews.

Each visit starts with a consultation to judge what the hair can hold before any work begins, and longer services may be split over two visits. The studio will not push services that would damage the hair to reach a result in one sitting, and says so during the consultation.
