The salon is open Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from 9am to 9pm, and Wednesday and Friday from 9am to 2:30pm. It is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Clients who need extra appointment time are asked to fill out the contact form first, and to call or text for more availability.

The menu covers women's, men's and children's haircuts (children 12 and under), color, root and regrowth work, blonding, foils and balayage, color correction, Brazilian Blowout and keratin smoothing, and formal styling. Hair extensions are priced after a consultation. Facials and waxing are also offered, along with eyebrow shaping and conditioning or shine treatments.
