The plasma pen uses ionized gas to make tiny, controlled micro-injuries on the skin's surface. Treatment takes 30 to 60 minutes after a topical anesthetic cream is applied at least 45 minutes beforehand. Downtime is described as 7 to 14 days, with carbon crusts for about 7 days and pinkness for one to four more weeks. The studio describes results as long-lasting but not permanent, with most clients enjoying benefits for one to three years, and as modest compared with surgical options.

Body contouring is a non-invasive option that uses radiofrequency and muscle-stimulation technology. It involves no incisions and is not a surgical procedure, and the studio notes it is not a substitute for weight loss. Sessions are set after evaluating the treatment area, and some clients benefit from a series.
