About

Himalayan MedSpa is a wellness and aesthetic center in the heart of Frisco, near FM 423 and Main Street. It is operated by Himalayan Medspa, LLC. The center combines traditional healing practices with modern medical aesthetics, and it states a mission of educating clients and encouraging a healthy lifestyle through skin care. It plans to add aromatherapy, meditation and yoga sessions.

The menu spans several areas. Skin care and facials include medical grade facials, hydrodermabrasion (also called hydrofacial), dermaplaning, microneedling and chemical peels. Beauty injections cover Botox Cosmetic, neurotoxins (Botox and Dysport), dermal fillers and platelet rich plasma. Laser treatments include diode laser hair removal, fractional CO2 skin resurfacing, laser vaginal rejuvenation and laser treatment for toenail fungus. Medical weight loss injections are also offered. Laser hair removal can be booked as single sessions or as six-session packages by body area.

Memberships are a central part of how the center works. Glow Lite, Glow Essential and Glow Pro each include a monthly treatment at a rising level, along with discounts on additional services and birthday perks. The Botox Membership adds monthly funds to a personal Botox wallet and offers member-only per-unit pricing, with Botox members paying $10 per unit compared with $15 at retail. Members also receive priority booking on some plans.

Booking requires a non-refundable $50 deposit, and full payment is due before any procedure. Cancellations or rescheduling need at least 24 hours' notice for a full refund. Payment does not guarantee a same-day appointment, since times are set between the client and provider after payment. Medspa services and products are non-refundable and all sales are final.

According to the business, it holds a five-star rating on Google from more than 50 reviews. Its offerings are not a way to identify, manage, heal or stop any condition, results can differ from person to person, and they are not suited to medical emergencies, which call for 911.

Blends traditional healing practices with modern medical aesthetics, taking a holistic view of beauty, relaxation and rejuvenation.
