Jessica Howard owns and runs the suite herself, and parking is available directly in front of the building. Clients come into the building lobby, enter the suite number on the control panel, and are buzzed in by the stylist.

Haircuts are offered for women, men and children, each including a shampoo, cut and style. Devacurl cuts for men, women and children include a consultation, a dry cut, cleansing and styling tips. Color services cover dimensional highlights and lowlights done by foil, foilayage or freehand, along with gray blending and full coverage. The suite uses Original and Mineral CCT and Goldwell color, and Devacurl, Original and Mineral, and Oway hair care. The salon describes its services as exceptional.

Because availability is limited, prebooking is recommended. Booking and scheduling questions are handled by email at jessica@jophielle.net. Clients receive an email confirmation 24 hours before the appointment and a text reminder about two hours ahead. Hours are Tuesday and Friday 10am to 5pm, and Wednesday and Thursday 11am to 7pm.
