A bridal trial and consultation is available to settle the look before the wedding day. The bridal packages are tiered by how many people need makeup: a basic package for the bride alone with a mini facial and light massage to prep the skin, and larger packages covering the bride plus up to three, up to five, or up to ten people. The largest package requires an extra makeup artist, and the bridal packages include a hydrating mask or mini facial for the bride.

Makeup clients start with a consultation to determine skin type and learn what they like and dislike. Facial services begin with a short skin consultation so the treatment can be chosen for the client. Makeup for photographers is offered as a photoshoot service, priced by contacting the studio directly. Group discounts apply to makeup services, and clients can ask about discount codes.

Booking is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm, with weekend availability arranged by contact. Appointments should be booked at least 48 hours ahead. Services over $50 require a 30% deposit, bridal packages require a 50% deposit, and services $50 and under are paid in full by card at booking. Deposits and payments are non-refundable. Travel fees depend on distance from the Miami-Dade base, with none within 5 miles. Prices do not include taxes, and hair services are not offered. The business says satisfaction is guaranteed and that it will try to make things right if a client is unhappy with the result where possible.

The studio builds a consultation step into makeup and facial work, and aims to enhance a client's features and confidence rather than change how they look.
