The Works is the deluxe option: a multi-step apple cider vinegar pre-cleanse, a rose water and tea tree pre-cleanse, shampoo, an essential oil steam, a retwist and a choice of style, taking about 1 hour 45 minutes or more. Starter loc installations take about three hours or more, need a separate consultation day first, and can be styled right after installation. Hair needs to be tangle-free for starter loc work or the appointment has to be rescheduled.

Booking can be done online, by email, or by phone or text. Appointments need at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a no-show or late cancellation fee.
