Pricing is laid out by style, size and length. Box braids run from $200 to $330 across shoulder, mid back, waist and butt lengths, and knotless braids start at $180 for a jumbo waist-length style. Some services do not include hair: the salon does not provide hair for Marley twists, and Miracle Knots start at $250 without human hair, a visit that takes about three hours.

Visits are prepared in advance. The salon prepares braiding hair before the appointment, so any two- or three-tone color needs to be added when booking; without a color add-on, 1b hair is used and color cannot be changed on the day. Clients are asked to arrive with hair washed, blow dried and free of oils or grease, and children or extra people are not allowed. Ombré is offered only on waist-length braids. Payment is cash only, and a $20 late fee applies at 15 minutes late, with later arrivals counted as no-shows.

Locs have their own section. Kita handmade locs are the salon's own reusable handmade locs, made from human hair in a bundle of 60, and they must be booked ahead rather than same day. Empress handmade locs are synthetic locs in a bundle of 60, with colors available. Lola locs use 100% virgin Italian curls supplied by the salon. Invincible locs need hair at least 5 inches long. Loc take-downs are done without washing the hair.

Policies are firm. Refunds are not given for services provided, the salon is not responsible for braids after 3 days, and aftercare is the client's responsibility. Stitch braids are not offered.
