A visit usually starts with a full wash, treatment, blow dry and style, and a trim can be added the same day. Clients arrive with their hair fully detangled, and a take-down fee applies if a previous style is still in. For braid and extension services the client supplies their own hair, and the business uses pre-stretched braiding hair for braid work. Natural hair must be chin length all around for services that use it. Partial and full color require a consultation appointment first.

Booking is online, and the business accepts a limited number of appointments each month. Requests are not guaranteed and may be declined, and a waitlist is available on the site.
