Hair is a large part of the menu. Clients can book a range of extension installs, including 2-Part and 3-Part Flip Over, several full installs with lace closure or leave-out options, lace frontal installments, instant extensions, wig installs and touch-ups. The Vixen Install is a four-quadrant method suited to relaxed or naturally straight hair, aimed at reducing heat damage from frequent straightening. Other sew-in, tape-in, micro link, crochet braid and Infusion extension services are available, along with braids, dreadlocks, relaxers, cuts and custom wigs.

Color services include all-over color, balayage, highlights, retouches, tinting and color correction. Eyebrow tinting uses a semi-permanent dye made for brows, and waxing covers eyebrows, chin, lip and underarms. Individual eyelash application uses ARDELL professional lashes. The nail menu covers basic and 14-day manicures and pedicures, lemon pedicures with options for paraffin or Minx, acrylic and gel work, pink and white powder nails, UV gel, no-chip polish and nail art. Children can book basic polish and princess manicures and pedicures, and princess parties are offered as an event.

Exclusive memberships are offered at three tiers: White at $49 for 10% off services, Red at $69 for 15% off, and Rose' at $99 for 20% off. Membership renews monthly until it expires, and changes to payment details must be reported before the next charge. A free loyalty program enrolls clients automatically and awards points for visits, retail purchases, referrals and online booking. Concierge appointments can be arranged at homes, senior and assisted living communities, rehabilitation facilities, workplaces and partner organizations.

Walk-ins are accepted, though availability is not guaranteed. Appointments can be cancelled or moved without charge with at least 48 hours notice; shorter notice and no-shows are charged the reserved amount minus the deposit. Clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes early to complete forms, and late arrivals do not get extra time. Gratuities are not included in prices.
