Parking differs by location. Culver City has two public garages within a block of the salon, and the first hour is free at both. Near the east side location, parking is metered on Los Feliz Blvd, and free street parking is found on the local side streets.

The menu is grouped into Cuts & Styling, Color, Texture Services and Extensions. Color is organized around three looks: Natural Look, a subtle lift, deeper tone or blended gradient for an even, polished result; Nuanced Edge, a mix of natural tones and unnatural hues built with micro-lights and muted shades; and Vibrant Funk, rainbow, mermaid and unicorn-style colors that need bleached hair and ongoing upkeep. Fantasy, vivid and unicorn colors are priced only after a consultation, since time and cost depend on the outcome you want.

Color pricing starts with single process color from $120 and demi permanent color at $100. Balayage and full highlights with glaze both start at $225, and partial highlights are $160. Face framing highlights or a hairline-only face frame are $100. Add-ons for root melt, color smudge, base bump, glaze and toner are $65 each. Women's cuts are $125 and men's cuts are $60, with blow dry and style ranging from $55 to $100.

Texture services include American wave from $220, traditional perm wave from $150, keratin smoothing from $250 and Japanese or thermal straightening from $400. The American wave curls the outer layer of the hair and fades within four to six months, and the salon says it leaves no damage. The traditional perm is a permanent thioglycolate-based wave that grows out with the hair. Keratin smoothing lasts three to six months and calls for a special non-sulfate shampoo afterward. Japanese or thermal straightening is permanent.

Extensions add density, length or color. A phone consultation is needed to get a price estimate.

The business says it builds each appointment around understanding the client's needs and analyzing the outcome they want, and that a clear picture of a client's goals takes time and patience.
